Welcome to Lord’s Pathology, a brand of Lords Mark Microbiotech Private Limited ("we," "our," "us"). By using the Lordspath Labs app or our website, or by booking our pathology services online, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide diagnostic and pathology testing services. No physical goods are sold. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

• You must provide accurate personal and contact information while booking.
• You agree not to misuse or interfere with the app, the website or their functionality.
• You agree to arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

Payments for pathology services are made online in advance through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), or at the collection centre when you choose to pay there for a centre visit. The amount payable includes service fees and applicable taxes.

Appointment bookings can be made online. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Your personal and medical information is kept confidential and is not shared without your consent, except as required by law.

Lord’s Pathology is not liable for any damages or loss arising from delays, service interruptions, or inaccurate information provided by the user. Diagnostic results are for informational purposes and must be interpreted by a qualified medical professional.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
