We offer pathology testing services and do not sell physical products. This policy applies only to online bookings and payments made for our diagnostic services.

• Appointments can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the scheduled test time.
• Cancel or reschedule from your booking in the app or on the website, or contact us at +91 8655460980 or email support@lordspath.com with booking details.
• Cancellation requests within 3 hours of the test may not be eligible for refunds.

• Full refunds are provided for eligible cancellations made at least 3 hours in advance.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

No refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Cancelled less than 3 hours before appointment
• Customer fails to appear
• Test already conducted or processing started

Rescheduling is allowed at least 3 hours before the scheduled time, subject to slot availability.
