1. Information We Collect

a. Account and Contact Information: Your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and gender, and those of family members you add to your account.
b. Address and Location: The addresses you give us for home sample collection. If you allow it, the app uses your device's location to help you find your address and nearby centres. You can turn this off at any time in your phone's settings.
c. Health Information: The tests you book, your lab reports and results, prescriptions you upload, and your answers to the Health Score questions.
d. Payment Information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment reference, amount and status. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
e. Usage Information: Screens and pages viewed, searches, bookings, device and browser type, and IP address, collected through Google Analytics and cookies. We do not collect advertising identifiers.
f. Enquiries: Details you send us through our forms, including enquiries about becoming a franchise or collection centre partner.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To book your tests, collect your samples, run your tests and give you your reports.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To sign you in with a one-time code, and to send you booking updates by SMS, WhatsApp, email and app notifications.
- To respond to your questions and call-back requests.
- To improve our app, website and services.
- To tell you about offers and services. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services, with:
- Our laboratories and collection staff, to collect your samples and run your tests.
- Service providers who work for us, such as payment processing (Razorpay), SMS and WhatsApp messaging, app notifications and analytics (Google Firebase), address search (Google Maps), and hosting.
- Regulatory authorities if required by law.
- Our franchise partners, only with your consent.
4. Data Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and secure storage to protect your personal information. However, no online transmission or storage system is entirely secure.
5. Keeping and Deleting Your Information
We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us.
You can delete your account at any time: in the app under Profile > Delete account, or on our website on your profile page. This removes your profile, family members, reports, prescriptions and health details. Records of bookings and payments are kept, without your name, for as long as the law requires.

You have the right to:
- Access and update your personal information in the app or on our website.
- Delete your account, as described above.
- Opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
